I just took Dave to the airport in Nice. He took three huge suitcases, one computer bag*, one tub of Pet Shops, one Thomas the Train suitcase, one Bratz suitcase and two of the cutest, saddest little francophones in the world. more later . . .*please note he has once again forgotten the cord to his laptop.

It is a good thing he's coming home so he can find a cord to the laptop until his arrives...When do you return?
I don't know exactly when I arrive, but our flight leaves Nice around 6 am thursday.
It's kind of a bittersweet moment isn't it. I am happy that you will be home but sad that you are leaving such a wonderful place.
I hope you have a good flight, but what a bummer that you have to leave. I'm sure the year went fast, but what an exciting year for all of you. Keep blogging and let us know how things go getting back into the USA groove.
